performing assets of SICOM Ltd. It also acquires stressed assets from Banks &
Financial Institutions and provides services for resolution of stressed assets
to Banks & other ARCs. SICOM ARC Ltd. has developed considerable expertise in
the management of stressed assets and has been successful in resolving the same.
The Company has achieved a profit after tax of Rs. 4.05 crores during 2007-08
against total income of Rs.6.26 crores and had net worth of Rs.10.15 crores. The
Earning per Share was Rs. 13.04 as on 31st March, 2008. The company also paid
dividend of 10% for 2007-08.
