SRL operates in the field of Real Estate with the primary objective of creating a Land Bank at strategically/residential/industrial use. SRL also invests/ co-invests in commercial /residential properties in upcoming cities.

The Company has launched township in Joint Venture with Ramnath Group in Nagpur where more than half the phase - I (around 207 Bunglows and Flats) is already booked.
