EXPRESSION OF
INTEREST FOR REVIVAL OF KOLHAPUR CHITRANAGARI
Kolhapur Chitranagari Corporation
Ltd was set up by the Govt of Maharashtra in 1985 with an
objective to develop Cinema activities in general and Marathi
Cinema in particular. It has now been decided by the Govt. of
Maharashtra to revive Kolhapur Chitranagari with active
participation of private bidders on Build, Operate & Transfer (BOT)
Basis. MFSCDCL has been authorized by GoM to conduct the bidding
process. MFSCDCL, in turn, has appointed SICOM Ltd as the
Transaction Advisor.
Expression of
Interests (EOIs) are invited for above project from parties
satisfying the Pre-Qualification Criteria. Interested parties are
requested to collect copy of Preliminary Information Memorandum
(PIM) from following address of “MFSCDCL” on working days on payment of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten
thousand only) by way of Nonrefundable Demand Draft drawn on
Scheduled Bank payable at Mumbai in favour of
Maharashtra
