- Project conceptualization, structuring, revenue modelling and financial analysis
- Project planning, monitoring and development
- Benchmarking projects across the state and sectors based on primary and secondary research
- Bid documents preparation and bidding support
- Good report writing and presentation skills to convey project attractiveness to potential investors
- Handhold the investors through the entire process of development for the project / products and advising clients on alternatives to resolve issues
- Documenting the status report on regular basis for government officials as well as senior management

- To perform scientific research and methods of Focused Group Discussion, Participatory planning with various officials and stakeholders
