SRL operates in the field of Real Estate with the primary objective of creating a Land Bank at strategically/residential/industrial use. SRL also invests/ co-invests in commercial /residential properties in upcoming cities.

 

Company has given funding to the township project promoted by Ramnath Group in Nagpur where more than half of the Phase 1 ( around 176 bunglows and flats ) are already booked. Besides, we are now in the process of projecting 88 acres land on Wardha Road, Nagpur in phases. The company is also launching Bunglow Plot Scheme on its 7 acres land near Neral, District Karjat.

 

SRL also offers advisory services to its clients in the real estate (both industrial/commercial) such as identification of suitable location, acquisition of land, procuring relevant clearances from the Government Agencies.

The USP of SRL is to provide properties with clear title to its clients and getting requisite approvals for further developments. Thus by leveraging its long standing relations with the Government Agencies, SRL is able to offer a valuable proposition to its customer.
